DESIRED EDUCATION: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in administrative roles; * Administrative experience in the coffee sector or in export operations is a plus; RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and monitor coffee export and trading operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and procedures; * Communicate with warehouses, freight carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate operations and shipments; * Monitor coffee shipments, tracking loading, transportation, and cargo delivery; * Issue, verify, and organize documents related to export and trading processes; * Ensure processes comply with legal, tax, and logistics requirements; * Assist in resolving operational issues to ensure smooth operations; * Update internal records, spreadsheets, and systems with shipment and negotiation information; * Provide administrative and operational support related to coffee export and trading.
