As it expands its administrative team, it seeks a Financial Assistant to support departmental routines and contribute to the organization and control of financial activities. **Responsibilities:** Support accounts receivable routines, including issuing receipts, registering customers, and generating reports; Execute accounts payable tasks, including entering invoices, recording payments, and organizing fiscal notes; Perform financial instrument entries and settlements in the system; Carry out bank reconciliation; Assist in preparing financial reports for monitoring and closing; Organize documents and files for submission and accounting support. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with Sienge system is desirable; Ability to work efficiently with management and financial systems; Attention to detail; Attentive; Committed; Critical thinking skills; Assertive communication; Strong teamwork abilities; Willingness and enthusiasm to learn. **Benefits:** Meal allowance Education assistance Health insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Municipalities **City:** Balneário Camboriú **State:** SC
