Job Summary: An HR professional to manage HR, payroll, occupational safety, and labor relations in a nautical sports environment. Key Highlights: 1. Manage comprehensive HR and payroll administration routines. 2. Monitor labor relations and internal marketing initiatives. 3. Oversee occupational safety and employee medical examinations. The marina is seeking an HR Analyst in Itajaí (Centro). Marina Itajaí is a facility dedicated to nautical sports and leisure, offering complete infrastructure for vessels and services related to the nautical sector. **Responsibilities:** Perform HR management routines: Training & Development, job evaluation and compensation, benefits administration, conflict management, Recruitment & Selection, and other related tasks. Perform payroll administration routines jointly with the accounting department. Perform occupational safety and health (OSH) routines: managing safety reports, monitoring employee medical examinations, distributing PPE, and managing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). Monitor labor relations. Support internal marketing initiatives. Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist, Training Coordinator, HR Consultant, or Organizational Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
