Control service quality and monitor proper use of PPE A civil construction company seeks a Site Supervisor in Itajaí (Fazenda). Passe is a platform offering urban mobility solutions, focused on facilitating user access to public and private transportation. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise construction teams (in-house and subcontracted). Monitor the physical construction schedule. Ensure execution in accordance with architectural, structural, and complementary project specifications. Control the quality of services performed. Request and track materials with the procurement department. Monitor proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. Support the responsible engineer in site management. Resolve daily operational issues. Conduct service inspections prior to stage releases. Report progress and any deviations to management / engineering. Previous experience as Construction Foreman, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
