Real-time monitoring and support for pickups and deliveries. **Job Summary** Support the operational management of road and/or multimodal transportation by performing control, monitoring, and support activities for logistics routines across the transportation chain. Ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process compliance, with emphasis on meeting deadlines, serving internal and external customers, and continuously improving operations. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** **Transportation Operations and Monitoring** * Monitor pickup and delivery statuses in real time, keeping stakeholders informed about deadlines, incidents, and deviations; * Support operational control of trips, ensuring smooth execution of transportation operations; * Assist in route planning, scheduling, and follow-up of pickups and deliveries. **Documentation and Systems** * Issue, verify, and manage transportation documents such as CT-e, MDF-e, CIOT, and other applicable documents; * Update logistics management systems (TMS, ERP) and operational control spreadsheets to ensure data integrity, reliability, and traceability; * Support document organization and archiving according to internal procedures and legal requirements. **Operational Interface** * Act as an interface among drivers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure operational fluidity and alignment; * Support communication of operational instructions, deadlines, and guidance required for activity execution. **Incidents, KPIs, and Compliance** * Record, handle, and monitor operational incidents and non-conformities, supporting their analysis and resolution; * Support management, updating, and tracking of departmental operational indicators (KPIs); * Comply with and uphold adherence to internal procedures, regulatory standards, cargo safety requirements, and Bendini’s operational standards. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed High School. **Experience** * Prior experience in transportation or logistics, preferably with logistics operators, carriers, or industrial companies; * **Preferred**: Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP systems. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of road transportation processes, including documentation, route planning, and delivery control; * Intermediate-level Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, and simple pivot tables); * Familiarity with transportation legislation and fiscal documents (CT-e, MDF-e); * **Preferred**: Knowledge of TMS or tracking and monitoring platforms. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Organization, discipline, and focus on meeting deadlines; * Proactivity in identifying deviations and supporting problem resolution; * Adaptability and flexibility to operate in high-demand environments. **Systems and Access** * Escala Soft: ERP * New Enterpriser: Tracking * 8Quali: Quality management * Customer portals of various types: Pacey, Fretefy * SEFAZ portals * Corporate email OEA-sensitive: Yes Position with access to critical logistics data and processes essential for supply chain traceability and security
