Job Summary: Receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices and entering data into the inventory management system to support project scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. This position’s mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods by verifying invoices against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications), entering data into the system, and conducting inventories—ensuring timely fulfillment of construction project schedules and effective inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Conduct periodic inventories as required by the construction project; * Control material receipt and delivery in accordance with invoices and purchase orders; * Distribute materials and equipment to staff upon their requisition; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing it during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace and construction site; * Follow procedures related to the role; * Enter invoices into the system for payment processing; * Assist in controlling, receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching materials in the warehouse. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role; * NR18 and NR35 certifications; * Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office.
