The Construction Assistant's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed correctly, in line with reviewed project designs, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Place material requisitions for contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Track projects and design revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verification Reports (FV's); * Actively participate in company-wide quality, safety, and other programs; * Ensure third-party services meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements on site; * Assist management in supervising construction execution; * Monitor input and material deliveries to comply with the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Familiarity with AutoCAD and project design tools; * Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
