Join us and become part of this story. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring on-site construction activities; * Support quality control and verification of completed works; * Perform quantity surveys and measurements; * Assist in physical planning and control of the construction project; * Monitor schedules and progress of activities; * Support reading and interpretation of engineering drawings; * Assist in organizing construction documents and reports; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program (from the halfway point onward); * Interest in working on construction sites; * Basic knowledge of reading engineering drawings; * Familiarity with Excel and data organization; * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; * Proactivity, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of construction planning (physical schedule); * Prior experience at construction sites; * Interest in quality, productivity, and process management.
