Job Summary: Strategic Planning Analyst to support decision-making through analyses, KPIs, and forecasts for construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of short-, medium-, and long-term planning We are seeking a **Planning Analyst** to work strategically, supporting decision-making through analyses, KPIs, and forecasts. **Responsibilities:** * Structure the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for planning; * Define execution sequences, rhythms, and service phases; * Collect and analyze productivity data directly with construction site teams; * Develop executive planning for projects; * Update schedules monthly, performing variance analysis and replanning; * Monitor short-term planning on-site, ensuring alignment with actual execution; * Monitor medium- and long-term planning for construction projects; * Standardize, optimize, and continuously improve planning processes; * Support inspection routines conducted by financial institutions; * Create, manage, and update planning support tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in construction project planning; * Experience with the Prevision software; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong focus, concentration, and priority management skills; * Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits card; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Psicofaz (mental health program); * PEX (annual performance-based bonus); * Tuition assistance; * SESC membership; * Cine CN (cinema benefit); * Birthday Day Off.
