About Us The GTOP group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 6 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkout lanes, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the activities of sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, well-presented, and stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying doubts, in accordance with rules, best practices manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, and established standards and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as provide personalized customer service at the counter, if necessary guiding customers on product types and derivatives, preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering products to customers; Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, well-presented, and stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, best practices manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, and established standards and targets, as well as properly storing leftovers, fats, and tallow in collection containers for sale to bone processing factories; Support prompt customer service through continuous replenishment of product display counters and accurate pricing, adhering to predefined rules and standards; Help reduce waste and deviations by controlling inventory through frequent stock checks and proper handling and storage of meat; Promote increased department sales through attractive and differentiated product displays and positive customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, as well as ensuring the area is clean and in perfect working condition, following hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Monitor the appearance and expiration dates of displayed products, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged, expired, or unidentifiable packaging; Assist in preparing seasonings and meat marinades when necessary; Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by maintaining daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when needed; Assist in related tasks as required; requirements **Minimum Education:** Completed elementary school Up-to-date health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Av Nereu Ramos, 473, Centro neighborhood, Penha/SC **Working Hours:** From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Discount Program Store Purchase Discounts Life Insurance Performance Bonus * Position available for PWDs (People with Disabilities)
