Focus on safety, quality standards, and sound logistical practices **Job Summary** The **Logistics Operator II** is responsible for material handling, loading, unloading, and storage in the warehouse or production area, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. Ensures warehouse organization, inventory data accuracy, and safe transportation of goods, strictly adhering to internal procedures, safety and quality standards, and sound logistical practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store goods, verifying quantities, conditions, and product quality. * Pick, move, and package orders according to internal procedures. * Safely operate reach and counterbalanced forklifts, as well as other material handling equipment, in compliance with certification requirements. * Record and monitor material movements in the WMS system, ensuring traceability and inventory control. * Support inventory control by performing cycle counts and physical verifications. * Comply with and uphold safety, quality, and sound logistical practices. * Assist the team in identifying and resolving operational issues, suggesting process improvements. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school (preferred). **Experience** * Prior experience in logistics operations, especially in warehousing, material handling, and inventory control. **Technical Skills** * Certified forklift operation. * Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems. * Basic computer skills and experience using data collectors. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and sound logistical practices. **Behavioral Skills** * Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure inventory accuracy. * Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and agility in resolving operational issues. * Responsibility and discipline. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-volume logistics operations. * Knowledge and experience with WMS systems, preferably EscalaSoft. * Additional logistics-related courses or certifications. **Systems and Access:** * EscalaSoft System **Sensitive Position \- Yes** 1\. **Goods handling and control**, impacting traceability and compliance of logistics processes. **2\.** **Operation of material handling equipment**, requiring strict adherence to safety regulations to prevent accidents. 3\. **Access to operational information and inventory records**, demanding a high level of control and accountability.
