




Job Summary: Automotive Administrative Assistant responsible for organizing vehicle documents, transfer processes, and providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Computer literacy and experience in administrative routines **Automotive Administrative Assistant Position** **Main Responsibilities:** Organize vehicle files, precautionary reports, inspections, and Purchase and Sale Agreements. **Vehicle Transfer Processes** Organize transfer documents and track them with the licensed agent; organize documentation for ownership transfer (ATPV-e). **Management System:** Enter and update data for used cars in the internal system and on sales portals. Administrative Support: Customer and supplier service via phone, WhatsApp, and in person. Key and spare key control, manuals, and physical organization of vehicle documents. **Common Requirements:** Minimum: completed high school education. Proactive attitude. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and others. **Experience:** prior experience in administrative routines, preferably in the automotive sector. **Profile:** Good communication skills, organizational ability, and dynamism. **Salary:** Average salary for an Administrative Assistant **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and meal allowance.
