Job Summary: Production leader responsible for supervising processes, ensuring production targets, managing the team, and optimizing operations during the second shift. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic interaction with various departments across the company **Position:** Production Leader \- 2nd Shift **Location:** São José dos Pinhais \- PR (Iná neighborhood) **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 2:50 PM to 11:10 PM **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: R$ 18.00 per workday * Food Allowance: R$ 504.00 per month * After probation period: Health Plan, Dental Plan, and Pharmacy Benefits **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the production process and ensure achievement of production targets * Assign tasks and monitor operator performance * Check equipment operation and arrange corrective maintenance * Analyze production and quality reports, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions * Plan and coordinate workload demands, adjusting as needed * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards * Guide the team on operational procedures and internal regulations * Interact with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to ensure process continuity **Requirements:** * **Completed High School** (mandatory) * Technical or higher education degree will be an advantage in: Industrial Production Management; Production Engineering; Business Administration; or related fields Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Profit Sharing * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Selection Question(s): * Hello!
