We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and sub-assembly of parts, following specific machine work instructions and using manual and pneumatic tools such as screwdrivers and riveters, adhering to established specifications; * Follow production priorities according to production order sequence, meeting defined targets; * Prepare parts for the assembly process by performing finishing, deburring, plastic removal from sheet metal parts, silicone sealing, and other manual activities performed in the process; * Verify tasks by completing checklists to ensure process compliance for the next stage; * Move production carts within the process; * Route non-conforming parts by completing identification labels and placing them in the quality department’s non-conforming parts area; * Conduct 5S program audits on production lines; * Report and escalate issues occurring on the assembly line to the responsible manager—including missing parts, quality problems, and maintenance issues, among others; * Record start and completion of production orders at the workstation, as well as log absences and process interferences; * Understand, comply with, and enforce correct usage of supply and production kanbans across production areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Completed or currently pursuing qualification courses in Metrology / Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation, or technical programs in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Refrigeration, or related fields. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Support Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the day-to-day operations of the food industry.
