Focus on organized processes and continuous improvement JOB \| BID SUPERVISOR Supervise personnel and processes within the bidding department, ensuring quality in bid analysis, achievement of targets, legal compliance, and efficiency across the procurement funnel—from prospecting to award. Your daily responsibilities will include: Supervising the execution of bidding processes: tender document analysis, proposal preparation, session monitoring; tracking deadlines, controls, and departmental KPIs; reporting results, risks, and opportunities to the Bidding Coordinator; supporting the Coordination team in process standardization and continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with Law No. 14.133/2021 and related legislation. What we expect from you: Degree in Law or Administration Solid knowledge of Law No. 14.133, the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), and State Audit Courts (TCE) Experience in public bidding, contracts, and high-pressure environments Authentic leadership, focused on people and results Ability to work under the guidance of the Coordination team.
