Support for developing technical and behavioral competencies **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in administrative, operational, or area-specific activities. * Support document, file, and internal control organization. * Perform support activities related to the assigned department, meeting deadlines and ensuring delivery quality. * Provide service to internal or external customers, if required, according to received instructions. * Monitor and perform specific tasks as directed by the supervisor or responsible person. * Provide support for ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth team or department operations. **Requirements** * Age between 14 and 24 years (varies according to legislation and company policy). * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school (preferred). * Interest in learning and professional development. * Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
