We seek a professional to execute the GED Workshop’s production processes, balancing productivity and quality to meet both individual and overall GED targets, and to assist with various operational demands of the area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute GED Workshop production operational processes (Preparation, Digitization, Processing, Indexing, and Auditing), ensuring GED service levels and supporting Logistics when necessary; * Meet the target for your respective stage within the GED Workshop production process; * Execute processes according to the production schedule to meet the GED Workshop’s overall target; * Assist in updating control spreadsheets and GED management systems (GNU and Production Control); Assist in requesting customer documents according to service deadlines (RAC/SLA); * **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** Completed High School Experience in administrative routines Experience in document management (filing, preparation, and/or document digitization) Basic knowledge of Outlook/Excel **DESIRED:** Intermediate Excel knowledge Experience in meeting targets **AVAILABILITY TO WORK ON-SITE IN CANOAS, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FROM 8:00 AM TO 2:00 PM (15-minute break).** **TEMPORARY POSITION WITH POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT HIRING.** **Additional Information** **Upon Hiring:** ****Fuel Allowance (CAJU Card) or Transportation Benefit (TRI Card) Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (CAJU Card) R$ 38.00 per business day We are Unimed Central de Serviços, a cooperative integrated into the Unimed-RS Business Cooperative System, whose purpose is to foster development and generate economic value for all Unimed cooperatives in Rio Grande do Sul.
