The **Supply Chain Analyst** is responsible for executing and monitoring procurement and contracting processes, ensuring the appropriate supply of materials, equipment, and services required for company operations. This role involves demand analysis, supplier negotiation, and delivery schedule control, aiming to optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance in procurement processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services. * Support supply planning and inventory control to ensure supply alignment with operational requirements. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost\-benefit ratios. * Prepare and monitor purchase orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and specifications. * Participate in supplier evaluation and development, in collaboration with technical and administrative departments. * Support contract drafting and monitor contract execution. * Monitor supply chain performance indicators (e.g., average procurement lead time, cost, quality). * Ensure all procurements comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
