This role involves demand analysis, supplier negotiation, and delivery schedule control, aiming to optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance in procurement processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services. * Support supply planning and inventory control to ensure supply alignment with operational requirements. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost\-benefit ratios. * Prepare and monitor purchase orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and specifications. * Participate in supplier evaluation and development, in collaboration with technical and administrative departments. * Support contract drafting and monitor contract execution. * Monitor supply chain performance indicators (e.g., average procurement lead time, cost, quality). * Ensure all procurements comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
