Additionally, we expect you to be a self-managed professional capable of taking ownership of your actions and demonstrating a high degree of autonomy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure daily task scheduling for work teams, with clear goals, communicated directly, simply, and objectively; * Keep the entire team updated on processes and request additional training whenever necessary; * Lead by example, serving as a professional role model for the team while keeping the team engaged and motivated; * Ensure operational execution complies with established norms and procedures; * Ensure workforce quantity aligns with planning; * Ensure spending for units under your responsibility complies with planning; * Ensure compliance with GRIS procedures in transportation and personnel hiring; * Request from the Regional Manager the necessary resources (equipment, supplies, vehicles, and workforce) to execute operations; * Conduct N2 and N3 meeting agendas, analyze indicators, and take responsibility for N3 action plans; * Conduct Grot meeting agendas, analyze indicators, and take responsibility for action plans for units under your responsibility; * Ensure execution of Transportation and Risk Management activities; * Support Corporate in administrative activities; * Support Corporate in Structural Planning activities; * Support the Regional Manager in Quality Management activities; * Support the Regional Manager in Network Management activities (partners); * Support the Regional Manager in planning, execution, and control decisions regarding logistics resources, as well as in managing improvement projects; * Maintain strong relationships with the supplier, customer, and partner ecosystem to optimize company deliveries; * Seek synergy opportunities across different branches; **Requirements:** * Academic degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in logistics operations management, with advanced knowledge of area subsystems; * Practical knowledge of supply chain software systems (SSW); * Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; * Results-oriented mindset and proven execution capability. **Work Schedule** Monday through Saturday **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 25.21/day (10% discount applied to VR) **Fuel Allowance:** BRL 550.00/month **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (options available with and without deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after 3 months – you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Up to 3 salaries (per internal policy) **Birthday Day Off:** One day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** Special newborn kit available after 3 months **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
