Job Summary: International Trade Intern to support import processes, monitor shipments, and provide support to the commercial department. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in import processes. 2. Monitoring and control of all logistical stages. 3. Strategic support to the commercial department. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Student majoring in International Trade or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Support import process stages, ensuring timely completion; * Monitor shipments, document approvals, and follow-up with suppliers and freight agents; * Update and maintain the control system with an up-to-date database of all processes; * Verify and record invoices and payment amounts; * Provide product and process information to support the commercial department; * Handle customs clearance procedures and control all stages until delivery to warehouses.
