Industrial Maintenance and Process Supervisor Incomil – Filtration Solutions is hiring an Industrial Maintenance and Process Supervisor to work at our unit located in Canoas/RS, in the Niterói neighborhood. We seek a professional with solid experience in industrial mechanics, analytical thinking, and the ability to organize workflow. This position is intended for candidates with practical expertise **Key responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility; * Carry out complex setups and required technical adjustments; * Develop and standardize manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste; * Organize work schedules, support Production Control and Planning (PCP), and ensure operational flow across departments; * Manage inventories of technical supplies; * Train and guide operational assistants on correct equipment usage and safety best practices; * Report technical performance indicators, improvement needs, and plant requirements directly to executive management. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance, SENAI or equivalent; * Proven experience in maintenance of industrial machinery and processes; * Knowledge of planning tools, Excel, or management systems; * Resilient, proactive, organized profile with strong focus on solving technical problems. Location: Canoas/RS – Niterói neighborhood * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM * Salary: R$ 5.000,00 * Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy, on-site meals, and basic food basket.
