In this position, you are expected to: * Supervise and coordinate operation and maintenance activities in transmission and distribution control centers across the entire state of Ceará, ensuring electricity supply remains at pre\-established levels. * Supervise and coordinate low\-voltage operator activities and emergency response performance. * Assume, on an emergency basis, the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of low\- and medium\-voltage operators. * Authorize emergency instructions for the electrical system in low\- and medium\-voltage networks, Coelce substations, and customer substations supplied at medium or low voltage. Keep Control Center Coordinators and Operation and Maintenance Area Managers informed about incidents and restoration progress. * Mobilize maintenance area technicians and support staff to intervene in disturbed or interrupted systems. * Be responsible for analyzing recorded low\- and medium\-voltage incidents and ensuring accurate information to enable quality management of electricity supply. Keep Enel operational centers and regional centers (CDUs) informed of incidents affecting or impacting the electrical system under their respective operational responsibilities.
