In this role, you will be expected to: Manage low-voltage (LV) emergency response, supervise LV/medium-voltage (MV) feeder incidents, guide electricians on proper use of the communication system available in patrol vehicles, and perform switching operations on the electrical system to support scheduled interventions and restoration following unscheduled outages; Manage low-voltage emergency response for the distribution system under your area of responsibility; Supervise alerts and incidents within your area of responsibility to detect, group, and manage mass-scale responses—including mass LV outages and MV feeder incidents; Assign and coordinate response teams to handle mass alerts and incidents; Record incidents with necessary information for supply quality management; maintain records of emergency response process controls; Guide electricians on proper use of the communication system available in patrol vehicles; Perform switching operations on the electrical system to support scheduled interventions and restoration following unscheduled outages; Support low-voltage emergency response operations; Authorize and monitor other scheduled low-voltage interventions, as well as unscheduled interventions arising from diverse field team information requests. Requirements: High school diploma; technical education preferred per area requirements: Technical Course in Electrotechnology; Preferred: Distribution Electrician Training Course (minimum 240 hours); Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; NR\-10 Basic Course (40 hours); NR\-10 Complementary Course (SEP) (40 hours); Prior experience as a Medium-Voltage Control Center Technician, or in power system and sector operation—preferably in distribution operations, is desirable.
