Do you want to be part of something truly significant and learn extensively, in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **What will you do daily?** --------------------------------- * Prepare doughs and produce bread, rolls, cookies, and other bakery items according to technical specifications and company standards * Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment * Monitor fermentation and baking time and temperature * Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation of displayed products * Support sector organization and cleaning, in compliance with health surveillance regulations * Monitor ingredient expiration dates and assist in bakery stock replenishment **Therefore, we require you to have:** ----------------------------------------- * Completed elementary education * Proven experience in this role * Knowledge of fermentation techniques and dough preparation * Availability to start immediately and work on rotating shifts **The following would be advantageous:** ----------------------------------------- * Courses in baking or confectionery * Experience producing artisanal bread or natural fermentation * Proficiency in large-scale production (retail/supermarket) **Work schedule:** ------------------------ Rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off per week, plus two Sundays off per month) **What you’ll find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Fuel card * Meal card * Breakfast and afternoon snack * Economart Dedication Award (DPE) * Referral bonus * Dental plan * Life insurance * Sesc partnership * Opportunity for professional growth
