All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute monthly accounting closing routines, supporting adherence to the corporate closing calendar. * Perform accounting reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies promptly. * Support monthly results reporting, ensuring proper classification of revenues, costs, and expenses. * Monitor recurring accounting provisions (e.g., operational provisions, simple contingencies), ensuring correct recognition, reversal, and supporting documentation. * Carry out necessary accounting reclassifications for closing, with appropriate recording of justifications and impacts. * Support preparation of financial statements and management reports (balance sheet, income statement, basic explanatory notes), following internal standards and applicable accounting standards. * Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing reconciliations, evidence, detailed explanations, and account variance analyses. * Ensure organization and traceability of supporting files (closing folder, working papers, provision controls). * Contribute to compliance with accounting policies, internal procedures, and implemented controls (including typical governance requirements for a publicly listed company). * Support responses to accounting information requests for tax, regulatory, and corporate purposes (e.g., SPED accounting, regulator reports, ancillary obligations dependent on accounting data). * Verify consistency between accounting records and information reported in tax/regulatory obligations, jointly with Tax/Tributary teams. * Record, verify, and validate accounting entries in Totvs Protheus (or equivalent ERP), ensuring correct cost center, account, and narrative configuration. * Support identification of process improvements in ERP routines and closing activities (e.g., automation of reconciliations, standardization of recurring entries, reduction of rework). * Contribute to development and updating of accounting and controller routine procedures and manuals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (completed or nearing completion). * Prior experience (internship or junior level) in accounting and/or controller functions, preferably in medium-to-large companies. * Experience with Totvs Protheus or equivalent ERP systems, especially accounting modules (journal entries, reconciliations, closing support reports). * Knowledge of: * Monthly accounting closing routines, reconciliations, and reclassifications. * Basic IFRS and/or CPC concepts (e.g., revenue recognition, provisions, property, plant and equipment, inventories). * Internal control principles and audit support (evidence organization, traceability). **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members * Triennial bonus * Additional vacation bonus (2/3 of vacation pay) #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
