If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the management of gold mining expansion projects. Supports consolidation of scope, schedule, cost, and risk information, contributing to integrated project control and generation of management reports that support decision-making by the management team, thereby supporting project engineering. Acts as an integration point among different project disciplines and areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Support development and updating of the project schedule, WBS/EAP, and planning documents (project plan, risk register, responsibility assignment matrix). * Collect and consolidate physical progress information from engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines, supporting the generation of periodic progress reports. * Develop and update dashboards, S-curves, and executive project status presentations for management meetings and client reporting. * Support project cost control: consolidate entries, compare against budgets, identify variances, and report to management. * Control the logging of scope, schedule, and cost changes (change orders), maintaining an updated and traceable change log. * Support project document management: organize and maintain the technical and administrative archive up-to-date (contracts, minutes, reports, approved drawings, and As-Built documentation). * Support collection of technical information and management of project information and pending items. * Prepare minutes of technical and management meetings, recording decisions, actions, and responsible parties. * Support inter-disciplinary interface control: monitor pending items and update the action matrix. * Contribute to identification, analysis, and monitoring of project risks, updating the risk register and supporting response plans. * Support project close-out activities: consolidation of lessons learned, final documentation, and project completion report. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Mining, Mechanical or related fields), Business Administration, or related disciplines (mandatory). * CAPM certification (PMI) or currently pursuing it (desirable). * Extension courses in Project Management, Primavera P6, MS Project, or Power BI are advantageous. **Experience:** * Experience in supporting or managing engineering, construction, or mining projects. * Experience in PMO, project control, or planning is a highly relevant advantage. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and planning tools (MS Project or Primavera P6). * Advanced Excel skills for dashboards, cost controls, and progress reporting. * Familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools (desirable). * Strong ability to read and interpret engineering technical documents. * Familiarity with ERP or project management systems (desirable). **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Jacobina/BA * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 07:00–17:00; Friday: 07:00–16:00 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
