Adapting increasingly to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, Brado prioritizes excellence in container handling throughout Brazil, focused on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Daily Routine:** * Complete the checklist for the forklift to be used before starting work, and inform the Team Leader of the required gas/oil level for refueling—thus protecting assets, preventing accidents, and reducing maintenance costs. * At the start of each shift, verify the department’s daily schedule with the checker to prepare the work area and sort necessary materials for task execution. * Confirm compatibility between the operation type and load with the forklift being used, thereby safeguarding the equipment, transported cargo, and team safety. * Move diverse loads during loading and unloading operations, stacking and storing cargo within unit sectors to ensure product safety, organization, and proper accommodation. * Attend the Weekly Planning Meeting to understand the volume and scheduled operations per sector, enabling proactive work and improved efficiency. * Notify the maintenance team immediately upon noticing any anomaly in the forklift to prevent accidents and reduce maintenance expenses. * Perform weekly cleaning of the forklift using an air compressor to maintain the equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you need:** * Completed high school education; * Forklift Operator certification; * Availability to work rotating shifts/shift schedules; * Relevant experience in the role. **Additional Information** **The 10 Brado Attitudes** Our Behavior in Action!
