Compact the soil to ensure ground stability and resistance. Spread and level concrete, asphalt, or other paving materials according to project specifications. Operate equipment such as roller compactors, graders, and paving machines. Perform maintenance and cleaning of used equipment. Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Earthmoving Assistant, Construction Helper, or Equipment Driver may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
