




Description: Apply quickly by email: Responsibilities and desired experience: FUNCTION: Professional responsible for managing the kitchen of a restaurant located on a farm, producing approximately 130 meals per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Operational Management * Supervise all kitchen routines: pre-preparation, preparation, plating, and meal distribution; * Ensure execution of established menus within quality, taste, and presentation standards; * Control inventory, monitor ingredient consumption, and place requisitions according to operational needs; * Guarantee proper storage and full functionality of unit equipment. People Management * Coordinate and lead the kitchen team; * Assign tasks, prepare work schedules, and monitor team performance; * Support integration and training of new employees. Food Quality and Safety * Comply with and enforce sanitary and food safety regulations; * Supervise cleaning of utensils, equipment, and facilities; * Conduct and validate quality control checklists (temperatures, storage, and ingredient expiry dates); * Ensure compliance with monthly internal quality audits. Results Management * Monitor operational indicators, focusing on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold); * Achieve customer satisfaction targets (NPS Net Promoter Score); * Analyze audit results, propose action plans, and implement improvements; * Participate in strategic meetings with leadership; * Foster a culture of operational excellence, promoting initiatives to enhance service quality. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience * Willingness to reside on the farm during the work period. * Responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented. * Microsoft Office (Excel) * Experience in quality control * Meal preparation.
