We are looking for candidates for the position of STORE MANAGER. **Responsibilities and Duties** As Store Manager, you will: * Be responsible for MANAGING store opening/closing. * Be cheerful, possess a youthful spirit, and be welcoming. * Build and create delight with customers. * Be an EXTRAORDINARY person to create an EXTRAORDINARY environment. * Ensure execution of operational procedures, inventory management, product handling, store organization, and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards. * Select, hire, train, and develop new employees. * Manage performance and ensure achievement of goals and KPIs. * Be strongly results-oriented. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in retail, preferably in fashion. * Availability to work during store opening/closing hours, Monday through Saturday and on holidays.
