POSITIONS, VACANCIES AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Cascavel, Quadra 07, Lote 01, JARDIM DAS AMERICAS \| Primavera do Leste MT \- 78850000 **SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical classes related to the specialty of the position, aligned with the educational axes defined by the institution, and mediates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, education or development courses. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker's Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS registration title is correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
