Ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance on factory equipment, including disassembly, adjustments, replacement of damaged components, testing to verify functionality and efficiency, aiming to ensure equipment performance; * Contribute to achieving pre-established process targets through formal and informal inspections (scheduled corrective maintenance) and equipment history analysis, with predefined deadlines for preventive maintenance; * Contribute to reducing costs associated with unplanned process stoppages by determining the minimum stock of parts required for preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance; * Ensure organization and cleanliness at work sites and maintenance workshops, and properly dispose of waste while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Perform maintenance activities in accordance with pre-established procedures in work orders, accurately documenting all performed services, anomalies identified, requesting service approval, and making work orders available for closure in the maintenance system; * Use maintenance tools and instruments correctly and responsibly to ensure their availability, integrity, and preservation; * Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PM) inspections in production areas, reporting equipment failures; * Ensure that activities are carried out safely, preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses by observing proper use of PPE, participating in daily safety meetings (DDS), and safety training; * Ensure appropriate maintenance and cleanliness of assigned areas by complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the HACCP plan, and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety procedures; * Be responsible for product safety by performing activities in a manner that ensures products free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), utilizing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and acquired HACCP knowledge (controlling PRPs and CCPs involved in assigned activities); * Comply with internal and regulatory requirements regarding occupational health and safety, food safety, environmental protection, GMP, and HACCP; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Industrial Mechanics; * Solid experience in industrial mechanics; * Knowledge of various types of pumps, bearing replacement, reducer maintenance, bucket elevators, and chain conveyors. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Year-end Christmas basket, Pharmacy discount program, Profit-sharing program (PLR)
