We provide reference services, solutions, and equipment to meet market needs and ensure everything works better—every day. **Do you have what it takes to make it happen?** **Join us.** We are looking for a Mechanic A to join the (insert department) team in (insert location).**What is the challenge?** Perform repairs and maintenance on machines and equipment according to your qualifications and level of knowledge, strictly adhering to standards and procedures to deliver the machine/equipment to the customer as efficiently and productively as possible; Ensure the machine/equipment operates perfectly after repair, maintenance, and/or inspection, performing alignment and calibration, and testing and monitoring startup in the field/farm; Remain attentive and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction regarding service and equipment/machine, suggesting preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations necessary for optimal performance and productivity, executing them only after formal approval from both the coordinator and the customer; Perform technical delivery of the equipment you are certified for, strictly following—at minimum—the checklist items, collecting the customer’s signature on the pre-delivery checklist, delivery checklist, and warranty booklet, as well as on the Field Report; Carry out mandatory equipment inspections for which you are certified, strictly following—at minimum—the checklist items, collecting the customer’s signature on the inspection checklist and inspection receipt, as well as on the Field Report; Complete the Field Report, detailing all services performed to ensure data alignment with the Service Order and obtaining the customer’s signature upon work completion for required records and process continuity; Perform loading and unloading of agricultural machinery, verifying machine and equipment conditions via a checklist and immediately reporting any non-conformities to the warranty department; Assemble, disassemble, transport, and clean machines and equipment for events, fairs, exhibitions, or whenever requested; Develop assistants by monitoring and guiding them during activity execution;**What do we expect from you?** Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Technical training courses relevant to the role; Knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems specific to the brand’s machines; Understanding of service processes, parts, their applications, installation, and adjustments; Driver’s License – Category B.**What will you find?** Health insurance plan; Life insurance; Wellhub; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Day Off; Partnership with FATEC MT (25% discount on tuition fees for employees and dependents). ***If you are a person with a disability (PCD), please indicate this in your application so we may review your candidacy with appropriate care.*****Ready to embrace a new challenge at Nors and become part of an expanding team?** We count on you!
