We seek someone who combines technical insight, field engagement, and team management capability to elevate our standards in Safety, Health, and Environment. * Responsible for implementing, advising on, and supervising occupational health and safety matters; * Manages documentation and conducts audits; * Monitors and evaluates field activities; * Conducts training sessions, safety talks, and awareness campaigns; * Investigates and analyzes accidents, recommending preventive and control measures; * Collaborates with the Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT) and other company departments. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as an Occupational Safety Engineer in construction environments; * Solid knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), labor legislation, and OHS standards; * Ability to conduct training and communicate effectively across all hierarchical levels; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Valid driver's license.
