If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Accompanying supervisors, sales representatives, and promoters on routes; * Ensuring excellence in implementing the "Success Photography" initiative through close support of the commercial team, as well as managing commercial routines — aiming for flawless execution at points of sale and consequently increasing market share; * Complying with and enforcing guidelines related to the Integrated Management System (SGI): Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Developing team members by transferring organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies — thereby motivating, training, and guiding them to achieve departmental and Solar’s goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Technical knowledge in Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing, and Financial Statements; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in this role or in related commercial functions. #### **Nice\-to\-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Postgraduate degree in Business Management; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** 07:30 \- 12:00 \- 13:30 \- 17:48, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine service covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
