Description
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test the equipment after maintenance completion;
Conduct complex failure diagnostics; install, configure, and calibrate auto-steer and GPS systems;
Interpret diagrams;
Maintain CVT transmissions;
Prepare lists of required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair;
Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in the daily report, and follow all vehicle-related recommendations (inspections and maintenance);
Administer field services via the Dealer system and complete Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; monitor customer portfolio;
**Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
**Driver's License Requirement:** Class B
Willingness to travel
