




Job Summary: Responsible for performing grinding quality analyses, operating the preparation area, and monitoring processes to ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Perform quality analyses of finished products. 2. Monitor and control the meal preparation and pelleting process. 3. Support Operator II in resolving abnormalities and area housekeeping. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE JOB** ----------------------------------- Perform grinding quality analyses according to company-established procedures and practices. Operate the preparation area as support to Operator II. There is potential for shift coverage during break times, lunch, and vacations. Housekeeping of the grinding area. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Periodically perform (per procedure) quality analyses of finished products (oil in white meal, oil in final meal, crude protein, soluble protein, moisture, urease, fiber), soybean moisture, particle size of cracked soybeans, expanded mash thickness, and flake thickness. * Together with Operator II, monitor and control the meal preparation and pelleting process using available resources. * When encountering any abnormality in the area—whether equipment-related or product leakage—collaborate with Operator II to resolve it. * Involve the shift leader if necessary. * Perform area housekeeping. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- * Completed elementary education * Secondary education preferred * Basic computer skills * Industrial production experience preferred * Availability for rotating shifts At Cargill, every person matters.
