Join us and contribute to the unique experience we offer our customers, keeping our products always fresh and of high quality. **Requirements**: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in the field Knowledge of standardized preparation procedures and good hygiene practices. **Desirable**: Team leadership, agility, and results orientation; Basic inventory control knowledge; Experience in high-volume kitchens and quick-service food operations. **Responsibilities**: Supervise and organize kitchen activities; Ensure process and recipe standardization according to brand standards; Monitor production of parfaits, desserts, custom sweets, and other ingredients used in the frozen dessert display; Control production timing and quality, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement; Manage raw material inventory and request replenishments when necessary; Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices; Train and guide new kitchen staff; Support waste control and proper use of ingredients; Complete production and quality reports when required; Maintain overall sector organization and cleanliness. **Benefits**: Meal allowance; Transportation allowance, if applicable; Growth opportunities; Unbeatable discounts on our products!
