Providing service while verifying examination request forms/authorizations, personal identification documents, health insurance authorizations, and directing patients to examination collection points. Handling telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. Scheduling examinations and advising patients on required preparation. Distributing specimen collection containers. Scheduling and verifying home-based specimen collection appointments. Printing and delivering examination results. Collecting payments for private consultations and issuing payment receipts. Issuing invoices, receipts, and other documents, and forwarding them to patients, companies, and responsible parties – Finance and Others. Requesting supplies from the warehouse department. Sending messages to partner companies.
