Oversee all electrical-related projects jointly with the executing company, serving as the information interface between companies involved in related projects, monitoring schedules and timely, high-quality delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, implement, and guide electrical engineering projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution; Monitor installation and commissioning of electrical equipment such as motors, compressors, generators, UPS systems, MCCs, and medium-voltage switchgear; Monitor substation installation execution; Review and monitor low- and medium-voltage electrical project execution, cable sizing, routing, single-line diagrams, motor list preparation, and flowchart analysis; Instruct less-experienced staff during project execution to foster personal development and work optimization; Perform technical approval of measurements; Prepare material lists based on project specifications, verify requirements, and forward them to the procurement department; Perform job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory PPE required for job and departmental tasks; promptly report any activity posing risks to one’s own or colleagues’ health to the immediate supervisor; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility and immediately report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Completed postgraduate degree; Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Gympass; On-site meals.
