If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and join this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Ensure:** * Achievement of established sales targets, market share, financial results, and customer satisfaction; * Execution of defined management routines across all areas; * Compliance with credit policies to prevent losses, guiding the team accordingly; * Overall store standards from the customer’s perspective: staff appearance, product display, organization, and cleanliness; * Appropriate staffing levels: quantity, training, competencies, productivity, and performance; * Adherence to company processes, methodologies, and policies; * Quality of the customer database and equipment fleet; * Team training, guidance, and education—and their practical daily application. **Continuously Evaluate:** * Store climate and take decisive action to resolve any issues; * Productivity and service quality improvements for teams post-training; * Implementation of Rech’s customer service policy; * Collaboration with technical support (Engineering and Suppliers) and Commercial Management to achieve results; * Acting as an agent of change and improvement, providing field insights to Commercial Management; * Visiting key and former customers independently and/or with external sales representatives—training them to close deals; * Developing and supervising execution of external sales representatives’ visit schedules, monitoring their outcomes; * Daily verification of company assets: inventory, cash, receivables portfolio; * Guiding, monitoring, and executing after-sales service, listening to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in people, process, and business management; * Willingness to relocate to any city where Rech operates; * Ability to work collaboratively and remain consistently available to others; * Customer focus, anticipating customer needs; * Results orientation—exceeding deadlines, goals, and standards while assuming calculated risks; * Continuous improvement—identifying and proposing new opportunities and ways of working to optimize tasks and processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Flexible Benefits Plan; * Life Insurance; * Christmas Bonus; * Totalpass; * Birthday Day Off; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunities aligned with your delivery speed. **We are a national reference** in parts for heavy and agricultural machinery, with over 30 years of history.
