We are seeking a Junior Billing Analyst to assist with billing and tax entry routines, ensuring accurate recording of inflows and outflows in the system, under team supervision and guidance. **Key Responsibilities** * Entering input materials and expense data into the system * Supporting the issuance and billing of outgoing invoices * Assisting with grain invoice exchanges * Assisting with fertilizer invoice exchanges * Recording inflows and outflows in the Sisdev system of Indea * Basic verification of invoice data * Organizing and archiving tax documents * Supporting billing pending issue tracking * Supporting internal departments (procurement, logistics, and finance) **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields) * Basic knowledge of Excel * Proficiency with systems and administrative routines * Organizational skills and attention to detail
