We have deployed more than **5,000 kilometers of fiber optic cables** across the state of Mato Grosso, ensuring the best connection experience for our customers. **Prerequisites** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Availability for fieldwork (rural areas); * Flexible working hours; * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Driver's license category B (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Assist in the installation and maintenance of internet services (fiber optic and radio-based) in rural areas; * Support cable, tool, and material organization before, during, and after service calls; * Assist in connection testing and network functionality verification; * Provide on-site support, including work on elevated structures, as instructed; * Follow instructions from the lead installer, acting with attention, quality, and safety. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
