All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for driving and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and guidance regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle; Transporting customers between the branch and the airport, as well as from the airport to the branch, ensuring fast, safe, and high-quality service (if required); Assisting with vehicle driving during pickup and return to the customer; Guiding the customer during boarding and disembarking, assisting with personal belongings, equipment, and luggage; Instructing on the use of specific equipment and accessories included with rented vehicles; Supporting inter-branch vehicle transfers, as well as transfers to fuel stations and other service providers; Assisting in vehicle documentation inspection and delivery during leasing processes; Supporting fleet inspection, indicating availability and unavailability, as well as coordinating vehicle dispatch for maintenance; Assisting in procedures for receiving new vehicles, ensuring their readiness for leasing; Creating, modifying, replacing, and closing contracts in the system and/or individually. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent driver's license (CNH); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
