All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * + Greet customers at stores, clarify doubts, and strive to exceed their needs and expectations; + Transport customers between store and airport (store ↔ airport), ensuring fast, safe, and high-quality service (if required); + Sell additional services offered by the company; + Perform cash register opening and closing; + Drive and deliver vehicles to customers, providing support and information regarding usage of rental vehicle services, equipment, and accessories; + Monitor and track reservations in the system to optimize vehicle availability and reduce fleet idle time; + Identify and register customers both on-site and in the system, verifying and cross-checking documents; + Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad-hoc contracts; + Classify, sort, organize, and forward leasing-related documents to the store’s administrative departments; + Assist customers during vehicle pickup and return; + Assist in transporting vehicles between stores, fuel stations, and other service providers; + Issue necessary service orders to ensure vehicle availability for customer service and store operations; + Support fleet vehicle inspections, reporting availability/unavailability status and assisting in dispatching vehicles for maintenance; + Assist in receiving new vehicles and executing all procedures required to make them available for rental; + Occasionally deliver and receive rented vehicles, performing inspection procedures (checklist). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent driver’s license (CNH); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **Additional Information** We offer all the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
