Job Summary: Electrician responsible for team management in the execution of construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical networks, prioritizing safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Team management in electrical network construction and maintenance. 2. Application of safety standards and knowledge dissemination. 3. Development and implementation of work plans and risk analyses. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Electrician responsible for personnel management to ensure teamwork during construction, installation, or maintenance of de-energized (dead-line) electrical distribution networks or remote operation of energized networks, in compliance with NR-10, possessing necessary competencies for the following duties: Responsible for managing a team performing construction, installation, and preventive/corrective electrical maintenance, emergency response, remote operation of equipment (switches or devices in electrical distribution networks), vegetation pruning or removal adjacent to distribution networks using vegetation management techniques; activities may be performed on electrical distribution networks with insulation classes of 1.0 kV, 15 kV, 25 kV, and 34.5 kV under de-energized conditions, following the Six Golden Rules: 1st Disconnect, 2nd Block, 3rd Test, 4th Ground, 5th Protect, 6th Signal; Primary guardian of life, responsible for knowledge dissemination, providing technical guidance to the team to ensure efficient results with integrity, safety, and quality, always prioritizing the safety of employees, third parties, and assets; Prior preparation of the Work Execution Plan (PEX) detailing all activities to be carried out on the distribution network with the team; verification of required documents, equipment, and tools prior to activity execution; Planning and supervision of subordinates' work, conducting joint review and study of the PEX with the team before each activity or service; Conducting, jointly with the subordinate team, a Pre-Task Risk Analysis (APR) — either in printed/paper format or digitally via application if available — before each activity, and implementing control measures; Communicating and aligning the team with the client's Operations Center (COD/COI) regarding demand receipt, information reporting, and network services; Responsible for enforcing, guiding, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety rules; fully adhering to NR-10 procedures for safe de-energization and intervention on electrical networks, following the Standard Operating Procedure (POP) established for each activity (as defined in the regional contract); Performing daily individual and collective checklists for the subordinate team; Also inspecting the respective vehicle(s), documenting conformities and resolving non-conformities immediately with the team, SESMT, warehouse staff, or immediate supervisor before any field execution; Performing tasks in teams comprising two or more employees, organizing each team member’s activities to deliver results; The subordinate team may consist of one or more employees, including distribution network electricians, crane truck operators, journeyman electricians, and electrician assistants, reporting directly to an operational supervisor, coordinator, manager, or responsible engineer per the current organizational chart; Ensuring accurate and faithful entry into the service order of information regarding activities performed by the team, materials used upon completion of each activity, photo quality and technical evidence per production control standards, technical notes, or service orders, dispatched and fulfilled either in printed/paper format or via application/software using PDA, tablet, or smartphone; RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a live-line electrician; Driver's license "C" or "D" is a plus; Distribution Network Electrician Certificate; Basic NR-10 and SEP Certificates; NR-35 Certificate; Minimum education: completed high school; Willingness to travel;
