We are looking for a **Trade Marketing Assistant** to support the execution of commercial strategies, ensuring product display excellence and alignment with the sales team. **Job Mission:** Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, monitoring promotional campaigns, point-of-sale (POS) materials, sales performance, and departmental KPIs. Contribute to brand strengthening in retail and achievement of commercial targets. **What We Are Looking For?** * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the sales team and customers; * Attention to detail in executing point-of-sale (POS) activities; * Focus on results and deadline adherence; * Ability to work with data and KPIs. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Prior experience in marketing, trade marketing, or commercial areas. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with point-of-sale (POS) activities; * Experience analyzing sales KPIs; * Knowledge of BI tools or management systems; * Experience in the food industry is a plus. **Employment Type:** CLT PCD: Not applicable Job Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
