Ensuring monitoring of campaigns and internal processes Sales Assistant Position Description We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will assist with administrative and operational support to the sales team (RCA and Supervision), ensuring organization, control, and monitoring of sales routines, campaigns, and internal processes, without direct customer service. Responsibilities * Bonus release; * Order and bonus cancellation; * Weekly promotion registration; * Bank slip fee reconciliation; * Flex transfer/entry; * Customer transfer in RCA/Manager database; * Customer and order transfer; * Target registration; * Manager Flex entry; * Business day registration; * Report generation in Whinthor and BI; * Campaign spreadsheet monitoring and preparation; * Daily monitoring of sales, activation, and product mix; * Monitoring of customers, cities, and items without activation; * Comparative analysis: Monthly closing of RCA, Supervisor, and overall figures; * Daily monitoring of RCAs with no sales for the month; * Handling damaged, missing, or expired products; * Entry of credits related to damaged, missing, or expired products; * Sending promotional gifts to the field; * External commercial communication: RCA, Supervisor, Sales Manager, and Suppliers; * Daily internal commercial communication: Finance, Logistics, Billing, IT, and occasionally with the Director. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a sales administrative assistant is a plus; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
