Support the team in interpreting telematics data and performance targets **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Serve as a technical reference for operating heavy vehicles, including Rodotrem (Brazilian driver's license category AE). Deliver practical, on-site training focused on safe driving practices, safety protocols, and eco-driving techniques. Support the driver team in interpreting telematics data and guiding efforts toward achieving performance targets. Monitor and support team performance with critical insight and a focus on continuous improvement. Directly address operational transportation issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience as a Master Driver, with operational expertise in heavy-duty fleets and Rodotrem. Valid and up-to-date Brazilian driver's license category AE. Current MOPP certification. Familiarity with telematics systems and eco-driving performance indicators. Willingness to travel. Knowledge of routes across different regions of Brazil is a plus. Proficiency in Excel is a plus. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; however, flexibility is required for travel (30–45 days) and for conducting training en route, aligned with drivers' working hours. **BENEFITS:** Salary between R$ 4,500.00 and R$ 6,500.00.
