Forklift Operator

#### **About the position:** Move and store loads using a forklift. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Inspect material handling equipment * Perform pre-use equipment checklist * Arrange pallets * Store merchandise * Replenish merchandise * Display merchandise * Assist in battery replacement for equipment * Clean the forklift * Unload merchandise * Top up battery water level * Assist mechanics in battery replacement * Operate forklift safely and efficiently * Move materials and products within the warehouse or yard * Organize and stock merchandise in designated locations * Ensure product integrity during handling * Follow occupational safety regulations and company procedures #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Forklift Operator * Valid Forklift Operator certification * Valid driver's license category B or higher * Forklift operation knowledge with proof of training course * Knowledge of merchandise and pallet allocation * Basic equipment maintenance knowledge * Ability to monitor cargo * Observe merchandise condition before handling * Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) * Basic understanding of occupational safety and use of PPE #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Experience with different types of forklifts (e.g., telescopic, gas-powered, electric) #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal voucher * Group life insurance #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Must have flexible availability for working hours
